The International Movement That’s Changing The World- 3 Ways You’ll Want To Be Involved

This blog post has been authored by Stand Out Online Member Elizabeth N Otis, The BLIVE Movement

The BLIVE Movement is an upcoming, worldwide movement set out on a mission to help 7 billion + people “BLIVE.” To help humanity live from state of internal harmony and sense of purpose. To B-LIVE is to live your life FULLY, fulfilled in the now… except not in terms of how “YOLO” is represented..

When a person is “Being-LIVE” they not only are living their live from a higher sense of joy and sense of connection to themselves spirituality but, they also are operating their lives from a state of cohearance- which scientifically has proven to allow humans to be “tapped in” to the most resourceful, creative, & “prime-problem” solving parts of themselves.

Imagine what would happen to the planet as a whole if the majority of humanity was operating from and making their decisions from a state of “Being-LIVE” VS lower st…

Are you manifesting wrong? (I was!)

This blog post has been authored by Stand Out Online Member Tanya Peterson, Tanya Peterson Consulting

I was in a dark place at the beginning of the pandemic. After leaving a stable teaching position at a local college, I had taken a huge risk and opened my own brick and mortar business. Just 6 months in, I closed the doors to my fledgling business as Covid shut the world down.

In an attempt to fill an empty space within myself, I started learning about business and making money online. I expected to learn about sales funnels, marketing, building a website, writing copy etc, but what I didn't expect was the intertwining of business principles and spirituality. So many thought leaders in the digital space wrote about meditation, thought reframing, intentional creation, and manifestation.

I had never heard of the process of manifestation. Many "gurus" provided a very simplified definition of manifestatio…

Disease Begins in the Mind

This blog post has been authored by Stand Out Online Member Hilery Radha Hutchinson, Healing with Hilery

Ten years ago I spent a year living at a yoga ashram. They had quite the lineup of guest speakers, healers, and musicians from all over the world so I looked at it as if it was a year of "yoga college". I wanted to learn as much as possible about yogic philosophy and truly live the yogic lifestyle before I started teaching.

I had the privilege of attending lectures and workshops from Dr. Joe Dispenza, Dan Millman, Donna Eden, Joy Nischala Devi, Vianna Stabil... and these are probably names you have never heard of in the mainstream world so I won't go on!

During that time, a homeopathic doctor spoke about all diseases starting in the mind before they actually present in the body. He went over each chakra (energy center) of the body and the related illnesses. I found this information fascinating but I never re…

Forget the Light at the End of the Tunnel

This blog post has been authored by Stand Out Online Member Anika Vassell, Teen-Behaviour.com

“𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚’𝙨 𝙖 𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙚𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙩𝙪𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙡”

This is the well-intended, classic statement of reassurance from those who have walked through the hell fire of raising teenagers.

But SERIOUSLY?

Is this how we’re parenting our older children now? Looking forward to a distant tomorrow – because today is so c**p?

Do you even know how dark that tunnel can get?

Do you know how deep it has the potential to go?

Do you know how ***** long it can be?!!!

𝗘𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁!

The stress of poor parent & teen relationships impacts negatively on EVERYTHING – your work – your mental health, other relationships – and you think you’re supposed to sit there and ride it out?

No!

We should be enjoying our children in the present moment. Yes, they can b…

How to Create Successful Messaging That Leads To Your Offer

This blog post has been authored by Stand Out Online Member Melissa Pruitt, Online Marketing Podcast

We're jamming on the six phases of the launch conversation.

1, 2, 3, 4, 6 phases, six phases?

What I love about this, is looking at launches as a conversation, and that's where I think a lot of people mess up. They just go from, “Hey, Nice to meet you. You want to buy a watch?” or “Do you want to marry me?”

Stranger danger, right?

We definitely don't want that happening. We really want our launch to feel like a conversation.

You get to know people, you have different conversations with different people.

Think about it. Like your family members at home, you have different rapport with them, right?

So you're going to have a different type of conversation. You probably act a little differently, too, right?

Then we go to work. If you've been in the traditio…

Online Business Managers: The Sanity-Saving Superheroes of the Business World

This blog post has been authored by Stand Out Online Member Christina Hanson, Christina & Co.

The Good, the Bad and the UglyHow many times have you caught yourself saying something like, If only I had the time to figure out X, then I could get to Y? Or maybe, If only I didn’t have to worry about Z, then I could focus on A and B? While running your own business can be incredibly rewarding and also very lucrative, it can also be maddening in how much time it steals from your family, friends, hobbies and personal time.

That’s where an online business manager (OBM) comes in.

Defining an On-Line Business ManagerAn online business manager, or OBM, is one part virtual assistant, one part project manager and one part people manager. An OBM is a unique brand of superhero that has come to fruition in recent years thanks to innovations in IT and management practices.

Online business managers come with a host…

These 10 Tips Will Ensure Your Meetings Are Successful

This blog post has been authored by Stand Out Online Member Stacey Hall, Success with Stacey Hall

As a coach and consultant for the past 20 years, after a career as a senior executive with FEDEX, Budget Rent-A-Car Corporation, and the University of Houston, I have found that meetings are often the greatest time-wasters and energy-drainers – rather than being productivity-enhancers — for these reasons:

*A lack of a clear meeting intention/ purpose / intended result related to the company’s mission.

*Personal agendas and opinions de-railing the path towards a consensus that can be supported by all members of the group.

*Extroverted participants given priority or monopolizing the meeting so that introverted and quieter participants are not able to contribute their opinions and suggestions equally.

*Participants in the meeting not having decision-making responsibility. Instead they are represent…

How To Get People To Say ‘YES’ Without Begging

This blog post has been authored by Stand Out Online Member Stacey Hall, Success with Stacey Hall

I bet what happened to me yesterday has happened to you, too. And, because so many people are also doing it here on social media, then be sure to keep reading.

Yesterday I received a request from someone I have not heard from in years asking if I would help them spread the word about an event they are hosting.

In this request, there was no question like this: “How are you doing? ”

Or, “I know it’s been a long time since we connected.”

Or, “If you would be willing to help me spread the word, I would be happy to be of support to you.”

The reason I am bringing this up is because I often hear my new clients say that it feels like they have to beg and do tricks to get others to give them hand or accept their requests for help.

And, I let them know that if they have been making req…

How to Segment Your Lists For Different Audiences

This blog post has been authored by Stand Out Online Member Melissa Pruitt, Online Marketing Podcast

Don't list build without setting this up first.

You gotta get some things in order first, before you even start the list building.

The number one mistake is having one list for everything.

So treating all of the leads that you have as the exact same person with the exact same experience.

Now I think this is pretty common. We did the same thing. I remember even when we built up that huge email list. It was one list. We had all kinds of promotions, lead magnets, real-world online, offline, you know, all kinds of things.

And everybody was dumped into this one huge list.

Now what's the problem with doing that though?

When you have everyone on one big list, then you can't really determine what they came in for what they're interested in. You can't really have an idea …
