Are you limiting yourself?

This blog post has been authored by Robin Olson, The Nourished Gypsy

We make choices every day – some easier than others, some with quite some time of deliberation, some with none at all. This past year has given us much to reflect on. Our ideas and even our decisions have been challenged. Truths we believed about ourselves or others may have turned out to just the opposite. 2020 has done some work for us. It has forced us to reevaluate, analyze, and maybe even reconsider how we see our world and ourselves.

Dive into that, really slip into the deep ocean that is your consciousness and self-awareness, how do you choose paths in your life? What emotion ultimately drives you? Is it pride? Fear? Curiosity? Gratitude?

I want to be clear. There is no right answer. Every emotion has its place in your heart and a job to fulfill in your life, even the “negative” ones. No emotional connection is wrong, but when you linge…

Dependency Test

This blog post has been authored by Natalia Kobylkina, No Limits Today

In my practice, I often meet people who live with dependent partners and they themselves suffer dependency without realizing it.

Many people don’t even suspect that they have some form of dependency.

Take this test to determine if you are really a dependent person. For each answer with “yes” put 1 point.

I often feel bad or sad for no reason and I can’t change it. I can’t control my emotions.

I often tell myself: IF… My partner loves me more, stops drinking, has more money, etc., THEN I will be very happy, calm…

I take offense easily and believe that people are not fair to me and don’t give me enough.

I wonder how it’s possible to be such a good person and such bad things happen to me.

I often experience unhappy and unrequited love, I feel used and deceived.

I don’t have enough mone…

Why Female Entrepreneurs Should Be Very Cautious About Paying For Leads

This blog post has been authored by Tineke Rensen, Powerful Business Academy

When it comes to leads, quality trumps quantity. Many lead-gen agencies promise quantity but lack quality leads to provide your business.

Female entrepreneurs need to be very cautious about paying for leads, especially on Facebook. I’m a business coach for female entrepreneurs, and even I have had unfortunate outcomes from hiring people to get leads for my business. The best female entrepreneurs can make mistakes quickly and learn and grow from them, as now I have learned better ways to get leads. However, as I share my experiences, hopefully, you can learn from my experience why you should be cautious paying for Facebook leads.

My Experience With a Facebook Lead-Gen AgencyI hired a Facebook leads generation company to engage with my audience to get appointments. I paid USD 1600 for two months. The company promised a certain number of …

How To Make Sure Your Website Isn’t Driving People Crazy

This blog post has been authored by Alli Beck, Alli Beck Design

There is a gas station in my town I dread going to.I am not joking, here is what happens every single time I get gas there:I insert my card and somehow do it wrong. It tells me to reinsert my card.I do it again and somehow do it wrong. It tells me to go see the clerk.I’m not an idiot at using my debit card. It’s just that the process is just slightly different than 99 percent of the gas stations I use. So out of habit, I do it the way I’m used to doing it. Which is the wrong way at this gas station. It has gotten to the point that I avoid going there if I can. In Idaho, I don’t want to stand out in the cold for five minutes trying to figure out one of the most basic technologies in existence. When I do go, it drives me so crazy I vow to never go again. Many websites out there have things on them that are causing these gas station moments for pe…

Why I Burned My 2021 Marketing Plan

This blog post has been authored by Kelly O’Neil, Innovate Media Services

2020 changed the game for business owners.

And while the majority my clients’ businesses, as well as my own business grew substantially (because we focus on Marketing to Millionaire clients), the way in which we approach marketing has definitely shifted.

As a strategist, I always have my finger on the pulse of the market and the way prospective clients are researching and buying premium services. What worked 3 months ago, is no longer effective. And it’s changing as frequently as Facebook changes it algorithm.

That is why, I literally burned my 2021 marketing plan and re-wrote it. Here are some of the major changes I’m making.

1. SIMPLIFY, STREAMLINE, ELEVATE, and FOCUS: These are the keywords that permeate our company culture within my organizations. From operations to KPIs (key performance indicators) to product and …

Mental slavery – Emancipate yourself

This blog post has been authored by Engracia Sleeswijk, ESleeswijk Consultancy

Emancipate yourselves from mental slavery. None but ourselves can free our minds. These are words originated from a song from the late Bob Marley (1981). The definition of Emancipation is "the fact or process of being set free from legal, social, or political restrictions; liberation." Emancipate, set yourself free from mental restrictions. This blog has no intention towards activism since every individual is free to think as they please.

Mental slavery within this blog's context refers to the wait of many (mental) permission to be, say, and live life the way they want when every person has the power to decide for themselves. It calls for the question: why are so few people operating from their core belief?

The gift of mental freedom. It is fear, the fear of lack, the fear of loss, and insecurity towards the future that holds a man ba…
