This blog post has been authored by Kelly O’Neil, Innovate Media Services

2020 changed the game for business owners.

And while the majority my clients’ businesses, as well as my own business grew substantially (because we focus on Marketing to Millionaire clients), the way in which we approach marketing has definitely shifted.

As a strategist, I always have my finger on the pulse of the market and the way prospective clients are researching and buying premium services. What worked 3 months ago, is no longer effective. And it’s changing as frequently as Facebook changes it algorithm.

That is why, I literally burned my 2021 marketing plan and re-wrote it. Here are some of the major changes I’m making.

1. SIMPLIFY, STREAMLINE, ELEVATE, and FOCUS: These are the keywords that permeate our company culture within my organizations. From operations to KPIs (key performance indicators) to product and …

Mental slavery – Emancipate yourself

This blog post has been authored by Engracia Sleeswijk, ESleeswijk Consultancy

Emancipate yourselves from mental slavery. None but ourselves can free our minds. These are words originated from a song from the late Bob Marley (1981). The definition of Emancipation is "the fact or process of being set free from legal, social, or political restrictions; liberation." Emancipate, set yourself free from mental restrictions. This blog has no intention towards activism since every individual is free to think as they please.

Mental slavery within this blog's context refers to the wait of many (mental) permission to be, say, and live life the way they want when every person has the power to decide for themselves. It calls for the question: why are so few people operating from their core belief?

The gift of mental freedom. It is fear, the fear of lack, the fear of loss, and insecurity towards the future that holds a man ba…

This blog post has been authored by Rebecca Branham, Rebecca Branham Health & Wellness Coaching

Your kids want you to be happy and healthy, even if that means not being with them every waking minute. My daughter is at this stage where she wants me to be with her ALL THE TIME. She whines when I go to work, when I go outside, when we go anywhere other than school or daycare. One day recently I was the one who was whining about going for my run. I was procrastinating. She stopped me dead in my tracks and made my eyes well up with tears. She said, “mommy, please go for your run - I know it makes you happy. I want you to be happy.”You see, even a 4-year-old little girl can tell the difference between a mom who is happy and a mom when she is down. Protect your Happiness.

This blog post has been authored by Engracia Sleeswijk, ESleeswijk Consultancy

With the chaos in our environment, some would think that it is almost utopian to be happy. Trouble follows, or simultaneously, and many experience mental fatigue when coping with bad experiences. It happens around us and sometimes to us, and we are dealing with a lot. Society gives more credit to visible suffering than the ones in silence. Therefore, silent suffering is growing into a disease because society tells us to "keep going" even when drowning mentally. Persistence is of good quality, but not when you are mentally drowning. Drowning shows itself when people are going through life on routine without plans or hope for a better life. While going through a horrible experience, it is crucial not to lose your Happiness but to protect it.

Happiness in the purest form. When we are in the bus…
