Libra Season has conjured Justice and what an appropriate card for this season! Justice is part of the Major Arcana in tarot which means it is a main archetype that embodies big themes in our lives which include: Fairness, truth, integrity, cause and effect, law, and equality. The energy of Libra season helps us to remain diplomatic while navigating change and challenge. Libra is symbolized by the Scales and they thrive on: order, harmony, karmic justice, and fair resolution. Justice making an appearance asks us to do our best to honor balance within yourself and for the greater good as it will be a potent time for harmonization.
We enter into Libra Season with 5 planets still in retrograde (Mars, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto), as well as Chiron (a comet) that are asking us to slow down and reflect on how the scales of Justice interact in our own lives. We will also see Mercury go retrograde during Libra season starting October 14th until November 3rd affecting communication, especially with electronics.
Justice and Libra are a perfect match, both stressing the importance of cohesion and fairness. Justice asks us to honor themes of moderation, objectivity and conservation while Libra reminds us to see the beauty, cooperation, and synchronicities available this season. Justice and Libra both take balance seriously and will push and even challenge us to bring equality to our lives and communities no matter what the cost. Justice urges us to understand the importance of equanimity and to connect with our own inner scales. It is easy to allow things to get the best of us or to let our mind run wild with misconceptions. Practice finding ease in weighing your options and feeling into possibilities over hasty decision making or quickly jumping to conclusions. The winds of Libra will surely rustle up some change and challenges combined with Justice makes the conditions perfect for karmic debts and past life energies to come forward for healing and clearing. The Universe will be dishing up plenty of opportunities this Libra Season to regain balance with truth, honor, and sincerity leading us up to the mystic waters of Scorpio Season.
