It’s Terrific Wednesday! I’m Davedda Smith.

I am returning to the 90 day video Challenge. I ended on Day 12, I’ve decided to take on the challenge as stated in this meme I read this morning to “Let Your Light shine so brightly that it instantly awakens the light in everyone that enters your presence.” the Bible even says to let our light shine so that men will see our good works. It specifically tells us not to hide our light under a bushel.

For years I’ve heard that scripture as a believer and agreed with it; but when it came to me actually shining, I shy’d away from it. In high school I was a homecoming queen and it put me out in front of people; even then I was uncomfortable.

I was a popular athlete in high school running track and playing volleyball; yet I hid because I didn’t want my light to shine. I am an introvert audit showed severely in displaying my talents; even in singing and playing the piano. I always had these freeze button on this inside of me that didn’t want to shine my life.
But when I had children and my life changed to wanting to do more for them; regardless of their age. Coming to Entre was an opportunity for me to build a legacy for my family. I heard Jeff say, “Who will remember you?”

How many generations will remember your name, your life, your purpose. That was powerful to me; because I had to think back on my family tree of who I could remember of my grandparents parents. So it encouraged me to think and take action on wanting to:

1). to give my children a legacy to build,
2). to take care of my father in his old age,
3). retire comfortably and still be a blessing to others

I’m on a journey to clear the fog and let my light shine. I hope your day is blessed. Be encouraged. Until tomorrow. See ya!

I am a new entrepreneur, started in affiliate marketing to get my feet wet; then ventured into agency advertising/marketing. I’ve worked for many years in promoting, advocating and helping Veterans for years. Now, I get a chance to do it with my own business. I have a few affiliate offers that focus on helping people lose weight to live longer and software package to help improve the quality of videos. My ad agency is a bonus for me; because I’ve designed website for years; but now to add Search Engine Optimization to it, is amazing. I’m grateful to be apart of the WHW group. I feel like I entered the world of amazing women. I’m ready for the journey.
