We live in a society that tells us that constantly tears down our self worth and self love. We look into a mirror and are unable to recognize our reflection. We are in a constant state where our trauma is what defines us and we accept that this is our fate.
What if I told you there was a way to free ourselves from trauma, stress, and heartache? Where we are able to love again and open ourselves up to the world to receive the abundance and love that is our birth right? What if I told you that the wall that you have put up to protect yourself from this pain is actually causing you more harm and it is the reason that is causing you depression, relationship blocks, physical pain and low self worth belief systems?
What is a Heart Wall?
The Heart wall is created by the subconscious mind when we are in a state of intense stress, grief, and trauma. In an effort to protect this vital part of ourselves, a collection of trapped emotions/energies are used as building material to create a “bomb shelter” like structure for our protection. The frequencies of these trapped emotions/energies are wrapped layer by layer around the heart protecting us from harm, pain, guilt, and heartbreak.
The effects of a Heart Wall can lead to devastating effects in health and happiness. The Heart Wall prevents us from receiving love and happiness. It prevents us from receiving abundance in all aspects of our lives. It can even cause physical pain, misalignments in the body and heart attacks.
Releasing the emotions trapped in a heart wall can have a dramatic impact on a person. Dr. Nelson estimates that 93% of people have a heart wall and many have an additional “hidden” heart wall.
In his book The Emotion Code, Dr. Nelson has written a chapter about these walls. He has developed a technique also referred to as The Emotion Code whereby the trapped emotions contained in these heart walls can be removed.
I wonder how many are going through life unable to give or receive much love because of
the barrier they have built around their heart. Imagine what lives and relationships can be transformed by removing these barricades.

Benefits of releasing a Heart Wall
Removing the Heart Wall can have immediate effects ranging from subtle to profound. My clients often notice improvements from subtle to profound in their overall life or well being even before the entire Heart Wall is released. They have described shifts in their lives from relief from aches and pains, feeling a greater sense of peace, expanded opportunities, and an improved capacity to bring love into their lives. Being free from a Heart Wall means we can live more fully from an open heart, create greater abundance, receive love and happiness and even find love.
My Heart Wall Story
Throughout my life I have faced multiple hardships that I had to push myself through. I am a survivor of sexual assault and a toxic marriage, at this point in my life I had completely closed myself off to the world, to the idea of love, I had convinced myself I wasn’t love able, I was broken, that I didn’t deserve to love myself or be loved by others. I had convinced myself that these ideas would protect me and I would be stuck with this for the rest of my life.
My Heart-Wall started to impact my life greatly, to the point that I was unable to get out of bed, I was stuck, my trauma defined me and I was unable to free myself and receive the love that I truly longed for. I closed myself off from the world and it started to take a physical toll.
I decided to take action in search of healing and freedom. That is when I discovered the heart wall. After it was released I noticed improvements instantly. My heart wasn’t heavy and I instantly felt like my body had been freed. All my anxiety had vanished… I had total confidence again! I allowed myself to invite my whole potential self and I was able to achieve anything. I would have never thought this is where my path would lead me if I was still stuck in that trapped state. My health improved… I was motivated… I was able to get out of bed easily… That’s when I knew I had truly released the trauma of my Heart-Wall!
