My name is Brooke Markevicius and I am the Founder and CEO of Allobee. I am a mom to Lily & Lukas and partner to Edgar. We have 2 rescue dogs and live in the wonderful city of Durham, NC. I am a total book and history nerd, and a hustler at heart.
I founded Allobee 2 years ago due to seeing the issues in both the gig economy, freelancing and running a business. Through my work at Postmates in operations, freelancing and running a co-working space, I saw and felt the pain points of both our clients and our workforce. I was able to take this and utilize my tech skills to build a unique platform to get jobs & support the 43% of women leaving the workforce when they have kids and the women being forced out of the workforce due to the current pandemic. As well as supporting the 75.3% of micro-businesses in the United States and small business owners that are trying to thrive and stay alive.
I believe that we must work together as a hive to build successful businesses. I built Allobee to be an agile supportive approach to outsource work on your own terms. I hope you will allow our hive to create some magical honey for your business so you can thrive and grow.
